Legal framework

Personal data is processed in accordance with Moroccan law no. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data.

Data collected

Through the quote, appointment and contact forms: name, phone number, email (optional), address or neighbourhood, requested service, preferred date and time, description of the need and, where applicable, photos sent voluntarily and GPS location (only if you click « Add my location »).

Tradesperson applications

Information sent through the « Join our team » form (name, phone, trade, experience, city, introduction, photos of work) is used only to review the application. It is deleted no later than 12 months after receipt if no collaboration begins.

Purposes

This data is used only to handle your request: contacting you, preparing a quote, organising and carrying out the job. It is never sold or passed on to third parties.

Retention period

Requests that do not lead to a job are deleted no later than 12 months after receipt. Customer data is kept for as long as needed for business management and accounting obligations.

Recipients

The data is accessible only to the company staff who handle requests, and to the website host and email provider for technical purposes.

If you contact us on WhatsApp, your messages are also subject to WhatsApp's (Meta) terms and privacy policy.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising cookies or audience measurement tools.
